With a Certificate 3 in Carpentry, Certificate 4 in Building and Construction, and a Diploma in Building and Construction, our general manager brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to every project. Their comprehensive background ensures that all aspects of construction, from initial planning to final execution, are handled with precision and expertise. Ian Tyson
With 35 years of experience in the building industry, our building manager brings unparalleled expertise to our projects. Having led Glendon Brae Homes, a leading home building company in New South Wales, Ian’s expertise provide peace of mind knowing every aspect of construction is meticulously overseen.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Jordan Robb
With a Certificate 3 in Carpentry, Certificate 4 in Building and Construction, and a licensed Builder status, our site supervisor and WHS officer brings extensive expertise to the team. Their qualifications ensure that every project is executed with a high standard of safety and craftsmanship. Committed to maintaining a secure and efficient work environment, they play a crucial role in delivering quality construction outcomes.
SITE FOREMAN
Adam Cozanities
A carpenter by trade with 10+ years’ experience in cut-on-site carpentry. He holds a Certificate IV in Building and Construction and is a licensed builder. Adam brings extensive hands-on expertise, having built and pitched 50+ frames with his own crew, and he operated his own business for over eight years.
LEAD ESTIMATOR
Hank Xu
Master of Engineering Science in Civil Engineering, is a highly skilled Lead Estimator with 5 years of experience in construction. His expertise in cost estimation, budgeting, and value engineering ensures precise and efficient project planning. Han’s analytical approach and industry knowledge help clients optimise costs while maintaining quality.
PRINCIPAL DESIGNER
Daniel Briffa
Daniel has extensive experience with over 30-plus years in the Design & Construction industry. His professional career commenced as an apprentice draftsman in a Structural Engineering firm, and continued employment with that firm for the next 7 years. This engineering foundation has proven to be invaluable in providing Daniel with a Structural knowledge of construction, underpinning the Design skills that he was to later develop.
