We provide an estimated cost for the entire project based on the agreed designs and selections.

Contract Signing

Once finance is approved, a formal contract is signed to outline the scope of work, timeline, and costs.

Council Submission

We submit the necessary documents to the council for approval, either through Complying Development Certificate (CDC) or Development Application (DA).

Construction commences

Construction of your home begins according to the approved plans and timeline.

Construction completion

The construction is completed, and your new home is ready for you to move in.

Warranty

You receive a two-year maintenance warranty and a seven-year structural warranty to ensure long-term stability and quality.
